to view paid ads

1. First register with the PTC site.

2. Login to you account with your User Id, password & verification code on the screen.

3. Click surf ads/view ads link. The list of available paid ads would appear on screen.

4. Click the first ad. It would open a separate window. Once the site is fully loaded then 30 second countdown would begin. After that DONE & Green tick mark or Green tick or Done & $ or Green Mark would appear. This means you have been paid to view the ad.

If a red cross or no sign appears then you would have to close the window & view the same ad again.

Once you finish viewing an ad then proceed similarly with the next one. After you finish viewing all the ads then click surf ads/view ads link once again. The page will refresh & all viewed ads would appear as cancelled. This means you have been paid for all these ads. Check your account balance to see how much you have been paid.

5. You dont have to waste time reading each ad. The best strategy would be to login to 3-4 PTC sites simultaneously & click one ad from each site.

Remember to click only one ad from each site at a time otherwise you will not be paid & would have to view those ads once again. You can view multiple ads at the same time however each of these should be from a separate site.

How to refer others

You get paid 1 cent not only for your ad views but also for ads viewed by your referrals. So keep referrring others while clicking your ads daily. This way you will have a decent earning from PTR sites in few months.

Your referral link can be found once you login to your account. Mostly you will find it in your stats. Just through your account & you should find it easily. Once you find the link then copy it & save it on notepad. Send your link to friends & ask them to join through it.

First let me tell you how a PTR program works. PTR sites get their revenue in the form of advertising package fee which they collect from advertisers. So if a company wants to advertise they buy a package from PTR sites. Packages come in different sizes. So if a company wants 1000 people to view their ads, they buy a package for 1000 ad views.

Now how does a PTR site manage to show ads to 1000 people? This is done by soliciting member to join their program. Most of these sites are free to join, but there are some who charge for membership.

PTR sites are no quick rich types. However with decent effort you can earn money. Every member that joins the program is guaranteed a minimum number of ads per day & paid to view these ads for at least 30 seconds. Top PTR sites guarantee 10-15 ads daily & pay 1 cent for every ad viewed. So if you spend 15 minute on daily to click PTR site ads you earn 10-15 cents per day. This certainly is not going to make you money as it would take 7-10 days for you to earn $1 (1$=100 cents). You would want to quit that way.

However this is not where it stops. The real perks are in referring people to join the program under you. You get paid 1 cent for every ad viewed not only by you but also by your referrals. So you double your earnings if you have just one referral under you. Over a period of time if you have 1000 referrals under you & each spent 15 minutes daily clicking ads then your daily earnings would be 10-15 cent*1000 = $100-150 daily.

This is if you join just one PTR site. Imagine your earnings if you were to join multiple PTR sites.

How do I get people to join under my referral?

If you put time & effort, you may have 1000 referrals in few weeks. You don’t have to knock on every door for referrals. The simplest & effective way of getting referral is to put your referral link in various forums & social networking sites & communities. Its free to post there & if someone really interested comes across you link, he/she may join under you. The more sites, forums & communities you post your link, the better for you. It takes time to get a sizeable number of referrals this way; however perseverance has its rewards.

There’s also a paid way to get referrals. This is provided by the PTR site themselves. They guarantee a fixed number of referrals for a fee which come to around $1 per referral. Once you register, you can check individual sites for more details on these. If you are ready to spend money on upgrades & referral packages, you can expediate your earnings but that’s purely optional.

Do all PTR sites genuinely pay?

Believe me when I say there are lots of scam PTR sites which promise $250 - $500 per ad. These only cheat your time & if someone upgrades their money also.

If you logically apply your mind you will realize that its almost impossible for advertisers to pay that kind of money, so how can a PTR site promise it. It will either go broke or run out of advertisers. Avoid all such sites as they are purely scams. I have been a victim of such scams. These offers look so tempting that you forget to apply your mind out of excess greed. It’s only when you do a virus scan do you realize that their only purpose is to send Trojans & other malicious programs which try to steal your personal information. Such sites are extremely dangerous so please beware & avoid them.

Does it mean that all PTR sites that pay 1 to 2 cents per ad are genuine & not scams? Well even that’s not the case. Some of these sites are so badly managed that they run out of advertisers & go broke. Even if the started the site with genuine intentions to pay, they cannot as don’t have the money nor ads. So I would say avoid any Tom, Dick & Harry PTR sites.
